LN22043Q1 is a low quiescent current watchdog LDO with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 40V. The series provides 3.3V, 5V fixed outputs anddelivers up to 300mA output current. Typical and a dedicated BEN pin, VBAT sense function can be achieved by a minimum of peripheral circuit, shutdown current of LN22043Q1 is less than 1.5uA, while the quiescent current under no-load condition is 16μA.

It operates from an input voltage from 3.5V to 36V, provides an adjustable output voltage from 1V to VIN. LN10X43Q1 can deliver up to 3.0A. The nominal switching frequency is fixed on 400kHz, 1MHz or 2.1MHz, or sync to external clock. Automatic frequency foldback at light load can improve efficiency.
The LN10X61Q1 is a high efficiency, compact, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter employing a constant frequency, peak current mode control architecture with internal compensation. It operates from an input voltage from 3.5V to 60V and integratesboth high-side and low-side power MOSFETs with up to 0.6A/1A/1.5A output capability. The nominal switching frequency is fixed on 400kHz, 1MHz or 2.1MHz, or can be synchronized to an external clock.
